Our tuition-free K-6 charter school offers extended time at school to make your child’s day safe and positive, so you don’t have to worry about finding after school care. 

After-School Clubs

Our students love attending our after school clubs taught by our talented teachers and staff. If arts are a passion, we offer dance and music classes after school. Interested in continuing STEM education after school? We also offer coding, LEGO Club and Robotics for our passionate young engineers. 

Homework help and tutoring are also available to students after school. We go beyond the regular school day to make sure our students’ needs, both academic and socially, are met.

Sports

We believe that athletics are a key part of developing wellness and healthy life-long habits. Our athletes develop skills like teamwork, confidence, leadership and time management–skills that translate into better learning outcomes during the school day!

Indy STEAM offers the following sports for young athletes to grow their athletic development and have fun at the same time:

Longer School Day, Longer School Year

From the beginning, we knew we wanted our students to have more time at school. The Indy STEAM school year is 5 days longer than the traditional public school year. By planning for 7 hours of daily instruction, our students receive 370 more hours of learning time (which is 52 more days!). 

Transportation
