Parents may visit our academy at 4020 N. Sherman Dr. Indianapolis, IN 46226 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. to complete the registration packet. Parents may also schedule an appointment if they need a different time to register by calling 317-556-2307.
To complete the enrollment process please bring the following documents:
- Birth Certificate for Student
- Immunization/Health Record for Student
- Proof of Residency (Lease Agreement and 2 Utility Bills) Parent
- Photo ID (Driver's License) Parent
