Dress Code Policy
Dress Code Policy
Indy Steam Academy will create a positive school culture and climate that focuses on academic achievement and a sense of community. We will create a learning environment that encourages positive self-esteem, self-discipline, and self-confidence for learning through our mission, core values, and tenants of character. Our dress code policy will help us foster unity and a sense of belonging and purpose for learning that results in positive contributions to the learning community as members of the Indy STEAM Academy family.
While fashions change, the reason for being in school does not. Students are in school to learn and any fashion (dress, accessory, or hairstyle) that disrupts the educational process or presents a safety risk will not be permitted.
Students are required to wear their school uniform every day. The school colors are Navy Blue and Gold.
